  Really disappointing experience.
  I was a tenant for a year in a property managed by a different agency - no issues at all. Passed every inspection without any issues ever being raised.
  Altus took over in month 13, did not conduct a property condition report and hassled me (a mum with 2 young kids) so much that I decided to move out 5 months later (when my lease expired).
  Agent was unprofessional. Examples are: *texting as late as 2145 at night
  *setting a time for inspections and then turning up an hour early.
  *Asking for owner access to the property over and above inspection times.
  *being unaware of basic tenant rights, such as notice periods, when property condition reports need to be collated by or "quiet enjoyment of the premises"
  *telling me it was unfair on the owner to look at the property market for other rentals towards the end of my lease
  *told me that my notice didn't count as it was in the agents junk mail (despite having my email address)
